🌟 7. Volunteer Community : P3 Mission से जुड़े अन्य Volunteers के साथ जुड़कर learning, ideas, experiences और opportunities share करने का अवसर मिल सकता है।
🚀 8. Leadership Opportunities : जो Volunteers लगातार सक्रिय रहते हैं और जिम्मेदारी लेने में रुचि रखते हैं, उन्हें future में activities, campaigns, events या community initiatives में additional responsibility लेने का अवसर दिया जा सकता है।
💰 9. Contribution-Based Incentive : यदि किसी eligible P3 activity, programme या initiative में आपके सहयोग से कोई financial benefit/profit generate होता है, तो applicable terms और agreed contribution structure के अनुसार उस financial benefit/profit का एक निर्धारित हिस्सा आपको incentive के रूप में दिया जा सकता है।
यह incentive आपके actual contribution, applicable activity और उस activity से हुए eligible financial outcome के आधार पर निर्धारित किया जाएगा।
Transparency और clear terms के साथ, आपके meaningful contribution को recognize करना P3 Mission की प्राथमिकता होगी।
